  I simply cannot fault the treatment and care we received. I unexpectedly came home to find my cat, Elvis, in pain and unable to use his back legs. Even though the vets were about to close, they kindly stayed open so we could bring him in. Sadly, Elvis had suffered a serious medical issue and had to be put to sleep. Despite it being the end of their day, the vet and nurses were incredibly compassionate and supportive. They took the time to talk us through everything and allowed us to stay with Elvis as he peacefully went to sleep. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for your care and kindness. You made an incredibly difficult moment just that little bit easier.

  I have been a customer at this practice for many years. I have four small dogs and three cats. Their care from this practice has been brilliant. Recently, my toy poodle had a FCE and was paralysed for a few weeks, but with their care has made a full recovery. All my pets are on their Healthy Pet scheme and are seen regularly. I occasionally also have a litter of puppies and I am confident with their checks, vaccines and chipping. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are nearly always able to fit me into an appointment same day. A fantastic practice and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  When we first signed up with Ashfield, the service was great. When the clinical lead changed, they couldn't keep ANY staff, including the guy who was practice manager. Out of hours service was beyond a joke. One of our dogs died at home, so we contacted the out of hours service to sort her out. The vet stays at West Mount over night, yet we got told 'bring her at 9am'. Beyond a joke is an understatement. CVS are just money grabbers.

  Today I took my french bulldog, who has a foot injury and also due to be spayed. Madge came into her 2nd season and ate the the toe nail she was having removed, the night before, typical So when I arrived Amy the vet, explained the best way forward, she was clear and concise and made me feel I could certainly trust her. We have just left vets for pets to go to Ashfield and I’m certainly glad we did. Fantastic service even with COVID precautions
